FOLK BANDS
Looking for a different kind of band entertainment for your Cheshire wedding?

Our folk band can provide a little something extra for your wedding - think Mumford and Sons anthems, light-hearted folk-inspired covers along with everything else other lineups provide.

You have the option to have one set of folk band and then have us swap to the indie lineup for our later sets, or have the folk band providing the soundtrack to your evening all night long - the choice is yours.

This lineup is also sound limiter friendly, no matter the size of your Cheshire venue.

The Pedal Tones are rock and indie band full of some of the best musicians in Cheshire. Whilst we dress like your favourite indie rock band, we know that all ages will be at a wedding and want to make sure no-one is left disappointed!
FREE PLAYLIST SERVICE AND DJ ADD ON
Each of our different lineups specialise in keeping your dancefloor full, from your first dance, right up until the last song of the evening.
But what happens when we're not on stage? Included with all of our different packages as standard is our free playlist service, meaning we'll take care of the music in between sets, whenever we're not on stage. We've got a number of different pre-made playlists to choose from, or you have the option of sending across playlists with the songs you'd like to hear - the choice is yours, for the ultimate freedom when it comes to background music choice.
Primarily being a Wedding Band, we know how to host your evening too. If you haven't got a DJ, toastmaster, master of celebrations or someone at the venue to MC for you, don't worry! We'll take care of this for you - letting people know about the cutting of the cake, your first dance, and probably most importantly - annoucing when the evening food is ready!
Side note: If you've got someone to take care of these things for you - don't worry - they're more than welcome to use our microphones if needed, just let us know in advance!
If you're looking to add requests in on the night, why not upgrade to our manned DJ service? This means we'll have a band member on hand all night to take requests from guests, and keep an eye on the dancefloor to make sure it's still popping off when we're not on stage. This really makes for the ultimate evening package, making it once of the best wedding music experiences Cheshire has to offer!

FIRST DANCES AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Naturually, a lot of the couples that book us are huge music lovers, looking to book a live band for that unforgettable experience, and want to have their first dance performed live. We've played all sorts of tunes for first dances - why not check out this article for some inspiration?

We're happy to learn your first dance with any of our different lineups, as long as we have enough notice to learn it. We know it's a really special occasion, as well as an honour to perform your first dance live, and love nothing more than sharing this special moment with you!

Totally in love with the original version of your first dance? No problem! We can get it downloaded, gather everyone round and play it through our speakers, and then kick the party off when you've had your special moment together!

You're more than welcome to have as many requests for the playlist service in advance of the night. As an added bonus, if we're not playing your first dance as a live band, we're happy to learn a special song for the occasion instead - whether it's a must have party tune, or a special song to get you and your friends and family together one last time on the dancefloor before the night finishes.
Acoustic Duos
We're also experienced daytime wedding musicians, so we know how to set the perfect musical scene for your drinks reception, or wedding breakfast with our acoustic duo. We can provide up to 90 minutes of perfectly selected tunes to accompany your guests as they mingle during the drinks reception or dine on delicious food during the wedding breakfast.

We also include our free playlist service whenever we're booked for the daytime, too. We'll take care of the music whenever we're not on stage, with our own tried and tested background playlists, or you can send us across the songs you'd like us to download!

As another added bonus of booking the acoustic duo, we'll also happily lend you microphones for speeches, if you choose to have us around for this part of your day. Just let us know in advance when booking the acoustic duo and we can get microphones setup so everyone can hear one of the most important parts of your day - the speeches! This useful for venues across Cheshire where the venue doesn't have a sound system already in place.

FAQs
How do I book a Wedding Band in Cheshire?
To book in with us, simply fill out our contact form and we'll get back to you within 24 hours, usually much sooner! You'll receive a bespoke quote with all of our packages which you can view using your online portal. Then, you can select the options you'd like, and our booking system will take you through the rest of the process. Please note, you will need to send us a 20% booking fee toward the final balance and return all the documents to secure the date, but once that's all sorted, you're booked and ready to go!
How much do Wedding bands in Cheshire cost?
There's a variety of different factors that influence cost when it comes to wedding bands, including date, length of performance, travel, and different add on options, so it's always worth asking for a bespoke quote. Being a Wedding Band based in Cheshire, our peak 2024 prices start from £1200 for our 3 piece band. We offer discounts for off-peak months, as well as midweek weddings!
